Description
Honor Oak comprises two early 19th-century houses. The Main Street elevation is of plain ashlar with a classical front, though the original Main Street entrance has been blocked. The gable is harled. A harled wing with a pantiled roof and slate skirting extends to South Wynd and also features a 3-window arrangement. The building is recognised for its group value, meaning its significance lies in the combined effect of the building and its surroundings, and applies equally to the interior and exterior. The statutory address is South View and Honor Oak, Main Street and South Wynd, Colinsburgh.
