Description

This building, located at 19A East Green in Anstruther Easter, dates back to around 1828 and was originally a prison. It is a two-storey structure featuring three windows and a door, with a railed staircase leading to the first floor. The ground floor has three doors. The building is constructed of rubble and has a pantile roof. It underwent renovations between 1970 and 1971. Two prison cells remain intact, complete with their original fittings.
