Description

The Eglinton Arms Hotel, located at 59 Gilmour Street in Eaglesham, was built around 1835. This two-storey building has three windows and is finished in white-washed stucco that is lined off to resemble ashlar. It features painted back-fillets and a Roman Doric pilaster doorpiece, along with a prominent chimney in the center. The roof is slated.
