1 Clyde Villas, East Links Road, Dunbar

1 Clyde Villas, located on East Links Road in Dunbar, is a mid-19th century terrace of three symmetrical houses that are now linked internally. The buildings are two stories tall, with the lower storey slightly sunk below garden level on the southwest side. They are constructed from squared coursed rubble, featuring raised ashlar quoins and a band course. The southwest entrance is through an ornate Victorian conservatory set on brick foundations, which is accessed by a flight of steps. Full-height canted bays from the later 19th century flank the entrance. Each side cottage has two bays with a 12-pane glazing pattern and plain margins. The rear of the property is harled and asymmetrical. The roof is slate, and there are brick stacks, although one has been removed.
