Description
81 Maxwell Avenue in Westerton, Bearsden, is a four-house block built between 1913 and 1915, designed by J A W Grant with consulting from Raymond Unwin. The building is harled and features a single storey with an attic. It has outer gables and a central range that includes two dormers, with the main roof sweeping over paired inner doors. The windows are tripartite with small-paned upper sashes, and there are porches on the flanks. Stacks are positioned below the apex, and the roofs are covered with slate.
