Busbie is an early 19th century farmhouse located on Kilmaurs Road in Crosshouse. The building is creamwashed and has two storeys with three sash windows. It features a centrally placed pilastered doorway, boxed eaves, and a cornice. There are one-storey wings that support the main structure.
