Description

22 The Square in Cumnock is a late 19th century, three-storey building designed in the Renaissance style. It features a three-window facade made of red ashlar stone. The first floor has a channelled appearance with cavetto splays, while the second floor is adorned with segment-headed windows. There are pierced cast-iron balconies on the upper levels, and the building is topped with a main cornice and a balustraded parapet. Unfortunately, the ground floor has been tiled for use as a shop.
