Description
This is a late 18th and early 19th century bridge over the Pow Water, located in Powfoot Village. The bridge features a single segmental arch constructed with ashlar for the arch ring, spandrels, coping, and dies. The remaining structure is of rubble, with a parapet and curved wing walls. The bridge is part of a group of structures (numbers 30, 31, 32, 33, and 33B) which are listed together, although the bridge itself is of an earlier date.
