Description
16 Union Street in Kirkcudbright is an early 19th-century terraced house. It has two storeys and a dormerless attic, featuring four bays. The building is constructed from rubble with painted margins and rusticated quoins on the west side. There are two off-centre doors, with the door to No 16 being panelled, and one blind window above. To the left, there are two windows on each floor, with the ground floor window originally being a door. To the right, there is one window on each floor, both fitted with four plate glass sashes. The roof is slate, with one brick and one masonry stack.
