Description

13 Union Street in Kirkcudbright is an early 19th-century terraced house that stands two stories tall and features four bays. The building at No 11 has random rubble with painted margins, while No 13 is pebbledashed with painted margins. The facade includes two central doors and two closely spaced windows above, along with two windows in each outer bay, some of which have 12-pane glazing. The roof is slate, and there are brick stacks. A revision in 1991 noted that the glazing has been updated to 4-pane, and No 11 now features modern sandwiched astragal double glazing.
