Harled, painted to George Street. Base course and raised cills, 3-bays grouped toward right with door off-centre and windows in flanking bays at both floors.

Blank elevation to Church Hill Lane on left return.

12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows.

Slates. End stacks and ashlar coped skews.
