70 Main Street, Isle Of Whithorn

66 Main Street in Isle of Whithorn is an early 19th-century, two-storey row of three houses. Number 66 features modern roughcast walling with painted raised margins. It has a door on the left and single light windows on both the ground and first floors, which are fitted with modern two-pane plate glass pivot windows. The building has coped end stacks and a slate roof.

Numbers 68 and 70 are a pair of houses. Number 68 is roughcast, while number 70 is made of painted rubble with a raised banded angle on the right, both having raised painted margins. They share paired central panelled doors, with number 70 also featuring a fanlight. All windows are single light, with number 68 having sash and case windows with plate glass and two-pane glazing, while number 70 has one-pane lying-pane glazing. The centre window of number 70 includes a timber mullion and transom with lying-pane glazing. Both houses have tall coped end stacks and two small modern flat-roofed box dormers, topped with slate roofs.
