Description

27 Well Street in Moffat is an earlier 19th century, two-storey house with an attic and a two-bay shop. The house is constructed of painted whin rubble with contrasting margins, while the shop features painted stucco and margins. There is a central pilastered door leading to the house, along with a door and window for the shop. The building has an eaves course and a dentilled cornice. The roof is slated and includes a piended bipartite dormer and a stack on the right side.
