Description

43-45 High Street in Annan is an earlier 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is constructed of painted ashlar. The structure features a three-bay shop on the right side (No 43), with a main doorway that has a recessed panelled door and a fanlight, along with a window on the left side (No 45). On the first floor, there are a pair of tripartite windows with narrow outer lights and small-paned sashes. The building is topped with an eaves course, a cornice, and a blocking course, and it has a single brick end stack and a slate roof.
