24, 25 West Harbour Road, Edinburgh

26 West Harbour Road is a warehouse built around 1870, featuring two storeys and eleven bays in a symmetrical layout. The structure is made of red brick with contrasting yellow brick dressings, stone sills on the windows, and a projecting brick eaves course.

On the north elevation, the central segmental-arched loading bay is flanked by five bays. There is a two-leaf boarded timber door leading to the first floor and a replacement glazed door with a glazed surround at the ground floor. A cast-iron hoist with a lion's head mask is located at the apex. The ground floor has alternating windows and doors, with doors in the second, fourth, sixth, eighth, and tenth bays, primarily featuring two-leaf panelled timber doors with rectangular fanlights.

The south elevation is largely blank, with two likely inserted windows at the centre of the first floor and single and two-storey lean-tos on the right side.

The west elevation has an entrance on the left side of the ground floor and a window on the right, with a projecting timber boxed structure above.

The east elevation features a single window on the right side on each floor.

The roof is a grey slate piended style, with three tall wallhead stacks along the south side, and one stack each on the east and west elevations. All stacks are made of polychromatic brickwork with oversailing brick cornices and round cans.

The interior was not inspected in 1997.
