Description

Later 18th century. 2-storey, 3 bay, L-plan farmhouse to S of Liberton Tower. Random rubble with droved ashlar dressings. Purple slates, ashlar coped skews, rubble stacks with simple ashlar cornice.

S ELEVATION: door to centre with large modern timber and glazed porch, windows flanking at ground floor, 3 windows at 1st floor, lying-pane glazing to renewed sashes. Large modern velux to attic.

N (REAR) ELEVATION: 2-storey wing to NE at rear, harled gable to N. OUTBUILDINGS, GATEPIERS AND BOUNDARY WALLS: rubble outbuildings and stables at rear. Gatepiers to S with ball finials adjoining rubble, rubble coped garden wall extending to S.
