Description

Craigmillar Castle Dairy is a farmhouse built in the late 18th or early 19th century. It has two storeys and features four bays that are unevenly arranged. The building is constructed from rubble with roughly squared dressings. There is an off-centre double-leaf door at the front. The sash windows include 8-pane sashes in the outer bays and 12-pane sashes in the inner bays on the first floor. The roof has straight skews and includes end and axial stacks, and there is a rear lean-to attached to the structure.
