Description
Kilbrandon and Kilchattan Kirk, located on Seil, was built in 1864 and is designed in a plain Gothic Revival style. The building has an oblong shape and is constructed from snecked rubble with a gabled roof. It features a slated roof and a belfry, along with pointed windows that contain stained glass created by Douglas Strachan in 1937. Inside, the church has an open timber ceiling and an organ gallery. The building is accessed by two flights of stairs on the hillside.
