Description
The George Hotel, located on North Main Street East in Inveraray, was built in 1779 and is a Georgian-style building. It consists of two connected blocks with a wing at the rear. The hotel features three storeys and attics, with a harled exterior and gabled slate roofs. It has four piended dormers and a string-course running along the facade. There are two front entrances, one of which previously had a Classical doorway.
