39 Belmont Street in Newtyle is a mid-19th century, two-storey row house that is built from rubble and has a slated roof. The building originally featured two windows, but now has two centre doors on the ground floor, one of which is blocked. The first floor has a belt course and two windows, with original sash windows throughout.
