Description

1 Sparrow Croft in Forfar is a mid-19th century building. It is two stories high and features three windows. The façade is made of stugged ashlar, and there is a plain doorpiece with a cornice. The first-floor window has an arched centre and is set within a wallhead gable. The roof is slated.
