Description

28 Low Shore in Whitehills is a single-storey, three-bay cottage built in the mid-19th century. The front is made of squared rubble with contrasting painted joints and margins, while the gable is harled. The central entrance features a panelled door with Art Nouveau lights in the upper part and in the fanlight, framed by simple moulded pilastered jambs. There are two late 19th-century concrete-faced gabled wallhead dormers, and the windows have two-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof with a loft roof.
