Description

30 Low Shore in Whitehills is a mid-19th century single-storey, three-bay cottage with a single-bay extension at the north (seaward) gable, creating an L-shaped plan. The original cottage features a rubble frontage with contrasting painted joints and margins, while the rest of the building is finished with modern harl. The centre entrance has a panelled door, and the original cottage windows have 2-pane glazing, with variations in the other windows. A small catslide dormer interrupts the wallhead in the extension. The cottage has end stacks and slate roofs.
