Description

Auquharney House is a 2-storey building originally designed by John Smith around 1840. It features a 3-window façade made of rough granite ashlar and includes an anta porch. The building has 3-window gables, most of which are decorative rather than functional. There is an eaves belt course and a broad-eaved, low-pitched roof. The glazing on the ground floor has been altered. To the east, there is a setback wing with 2 windows on the first floor and a bay window on the ground floor.
