Description

The Dovecot at Balmakewan House dates from the later 18th century. It has a square plan measuring 15 feet 3 inches. The structure is built from rubble with margins and features a pyramid-shaped slate roof. On the southeast side, there are swept dormer entries that contain two rows of five holes each.
