Thomas Mackenzie (Mackenzie & Matthews 1853-5. Renaissance,

2-storey ashlar freestone, arched ground floor, pilastered

aedicules at 1st, curved corner with doric columns, statue

of Lord Saltoun at 1st and tall domel Corinthian rotunda above;

original variations on the orders in the details. 4-bay matching

granite extension (police office) Reid and McRobbie 1906.
