The building at 10 Commerce Street in Fraserburgh is an early 19th-century government office. It is two stories tall and features three windows, constructed from ashlar granite. A notable aspect of the design is the unusually detailed Roman Doric doorpiece, which is topped with a heavy cyma recta cornice.
