Description
This building, dating from the early 19th century, is a two-storey structure with a later attic. It is stuccoed and has three windows facing Seaforth Street and two windows facing Commerce Street. The corner of the building is distinguished by a curved corner made of ashlar granite. The main entrance, framed with architraves, is centrally located on Seaforth Street and at the corner of Commerce Street.
