Description
Garvock Parish Church and its graveyard date from 1778. The church is a simple rectangular building constructed of rubble stone. It has a gabled porch with a Tudor-arched doorway and pointed windows, most featuring Y-tracery. The roof is slate-covered, and the building has straight skews incorporating a decorative birdcage bellcote. Groome's Gazetteer of 1883, volume III, page 83, provides additional information.
