Description

The Bridge of Boyndie, built in the mid to late 18th century, is a double-span bridge constructed from rubble with tooled rubble and tooled ashlar dressings. Each arch features tooled rubble arch rings and slightly projecting tooled granite keystones on both faces. The bridge has a low parapet, with each section of the coping keyed into the next, and splayed approaches. The approximate span of each arch is 13 feet.
