The Chapter House, located at 245 and 247 Don Street in Balgownie, Aberdeen, is a two-storey building constructed in 1655, featuring an L-shaped plan. The exterior is harled and includes chamfered openings. Notable details include the initials "GC" and "BH" along with the date "1653" carved into the skew stones. The front wall is distinguished by a moulded archway that also displays the initials "GC" and "BH" along with the date "1655".
