James Matthews (Mackenzie & Matthews) 1849-50. Jacobean, 2-storey and attic harled with margins, symmetrical S.W. frontage with 3-arch entrance porch and twin shaped gables, symmetrical N.E. frontage with 3-storey ogee-capped tower, low 2-storey N. wing with alcove.
