Description
This is a two-storey, multi-bay former mill building located on Forestbrook Road, Rostrevor. The building was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed, and a partial record was taken during the Second Survey due to it not being considered worthy of a full survey. It is constructed from coursed granite with brick dressings. The windows are primarily steel, featuring tilt and turn central casements, with some timber sashes and cast iron rainwater goods. The building is not listed and holds no specific architectural or historical interest.
