Description

A three-storey/ two-bay house fronting street. Gabled asbestos cement slate roof, with skylight to front, but no chimney. Gutters incorporated in ogee moulded cornice, and down pipe to left on street façade. This elevation has line-rendered walls with cill courses at first and second floor. A single granite step lead up to main entrance at right. This has a six-panel timber door with plain transom light over. Raised rendered jambs to opening with scrolled brackets at top supporting reproduction entablature. At left is a 1/1 sliding sash window with plain architrave and granite cill. At first and at second floors are two identical architraved windows, in line with each other, but not with ground floor openings. Front of building enclosed by railings over chamfered granite plinth.
