Description
This is an early twentieth century, two-storey terraced house, forming one of a group of four. The building has undergone inappropriate alterations including the installation of UPVC windows, doors, rainwater goods, an artificial slate roof, and a modern chimneystack. These changes have resulted in a loss of original detailing, and the building is considered to be of little architectural interest. It was initially recorded in a first survey but was not deemed sufficiently significant for a full second survey and was delisted on 12th March 1990.
