Description
This is an early twentieth century, two-storey terraced house, part of a group of four. The building has undergone inappropriate alterations, including the replacement of original detailing with UPVC windows, doors, rainwater goods, an artificial slate roof, and a modern chimneystack. It was initially recorded during the First Survey but was not considered sufficiently significant to warrant a full Second Survey and was delisted on 12 March 1990.
