Description
This is an early twentieth century, two-storey terraced house, one of a group of four. The building has been significantly altered, with the inappropriate addition of UPVC windows, doors, rainwater goods, an artificial slate roof and a modern chimney stack, leading to the loss of much original detailing. It is of limited architectural interest. It was recorded during the First Survey but was not considered of sufficient interest to warrant a full Second Survey. It was delisted on 12th March 1990.
