Description

Plain two storey terrace house of 1859, much modernised in the 1980s-90s and now with dry dash, PVC windows and doors and large flat roofed rear extension. The property is set on the E side of Mark Street. The front elevation faces roughly W and is asymmetrical. To the right side of the front elevation is a PVC panelled door with a plain fanlight over. To the left is a top hung PVC window. To first floor are two further top hung similar windows. To the rear E elevation there is a full width flat roofed return with modern PVC doors and windows. To the rear of the main roof is a Velux window. External walls are finished with salt and pepper dry dash and rest on a smooth cement, slightly recessed plinth; natural slate covering to the roof. PVC rw goods front and rear. To the N side of the ridge is a plain rendered chimney stack.
