Description

This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. A two-storey three-bay nineteenth century farmhouse located gable-to-the-road on the west side of North Street, Ballinderry Upper. An inappropriate extension degrades the architectural interest of the house, and windows have been replaced with uPVC.
