Description

This was formerly a house located at 114 Ballinderry Road, Ballinderry Upper, Lisburn, County Antrim. The building was surveyed during the First Survey of historic buildings but was not initially listed. Subsequently, the original house was demolished, and the record described here is a partial record from the second survey. A modern replacement dwelling now occupies the site. The building was formerly in use as a house and is currently demolished. It does not possess significant architectural or historical interest, and is not included on the list of buildings of importance.
