This is an early nineteenth-century church with an adjoining hall, located on Creevy Road in Creevy, Lisburn, County Down. The church is simply detailed, with a rough-cast rendered exterior. It was surveyed during initial heritage assessments, but was not considered worthy of full detailed recording or listing. The building currently retains its original use as a church.
