Description
This is a mid-nineteenth century detached house located on Ballycoan Road in Purdysburn, County Down. It was surveyed as part of the First Survey but not listed. A partial survey was taken during the Second Survey, but it was determined that the building did not possess sufficient architectural or historical interest to warrant a full Second Survey. The house has undergone significant alterations, including replacement chimneystacks, windows, and a new front door. It is currently used as a house and was formerly used as a house. The building is not listed.
