Description

This is a detached, single-storey gate lodge dating to the late 19th century, originally serving Drum House and located on the Upper Malone Road at Drumbeg. It was surveyed during the First Survey but not listed, and a partial survey was undertaken during the Second Survey due to its limited architectural interest. The lodge has since been incorporated into a large modern house, resulting in significant alterations to its original design and proportions. It was formerly used as gates, screens or a lodge, and currently functions as a house. It is not a listed building.
