Description
Bottier House is a two-storey, three-bay house located on Bottier Road in Moira, County Down. It dates from before 1833. The building was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed. During the Second Survey, a partial survey was undertaken as it was considered to lack sufficient architectural or historical interest for a full survey. Modifications were made in the later part of the 20th century, which included enlarging the windows, resulting in a loss of original features. The building is currently used as a house and is not listed.
