Description

This building was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed. Partial record only was taken during the Second Survey as the building is not worthy of a full survey. An eighteenth century vernacular dwelling with one-and-a-half storey extension, formerly thatched with multi-pane sash windows. The building retains its overall form but has been thoroughly modernised, with few historical finishes remaining.
