Description

This is a single-storey vernacular dwelling, located on Old Road Loughrelisk at Ballinderry Upper. The cottage has been altered and extended. It has been re-rendered and now has a tin roof. Replacement windows are present throughout, and the building has been extended eastward to incorporate a neighbouring single-storey outbuilding. The original proportions and character have been lost. It was surveyed in the First Survey but not listed, and a Partial Survey was taken during the Second Survey due to insufficient architectural interest to warrant a full Second Survey. The building is currently used as a house and was formerly used as a house. It is not listed.
