The building is a block of two houses, now combined into a single dwelling. It appears to date from the mid-19th century. The building is divided into two sections: a single-story section on the left and a two-story section on the right. Both sections have slated roofs, rendered and whitewashed walls, and rendered chimneys. The left-hand section features two casement windows and a central, projecting gabled porch with decorative bargeboards. A boarded door is present. The right-hand section mirrors the left, with a two-story gable, decorative bargeboards, and an identical projecting gabled porch. Double-hung windows without astrays are set on each side and above the porch. The building is in fair condition and has a frontage of approximately 32 feet. This is a partial survey only.
