No. 119 Muldonagh Road is a two-room vernacular dwelling, likely constructed between 1820 and 1839. It is situated below the level of Muldonagh Road, at a right angle to it. The building is stone-built and whitewashed, with a corrugated iron roof painted red. It is gabled, with one chimney at the upper end and flat barges terminating the roof slopes. A bed outshot extends from the rear of the house at the upper end, with one opening.

An outbuilding, roughly the same length as the house, sits below and in line with the dwelling, having a lower floor level, a lower ridge, and an unpainted corrugated iron roof. The two windows on the entrance side of the cottage are of unequal height; the smaller window retains a 12-pane sliding sash window, though now largely devoid of paint.

The house and outbuilding are set at right angles to Muldonagh Road, with the rear gable set back from the road verge. Due to the steep slope of the land, the house sits on a downward slope, and the roof is visible when viewed from the road. The building is considered valuable for its contribution to the local landscape and as a record of a building type from the 19th century. It is shown on the 1832 Ordnance Survey map, sheet no. 24. The building is currently used as outbuildings, having formerly been a house.
