This terrace comprises six dwellings and a shop, formerly known as "Kearneys." The buildings have fibre cement roofs, walls finished with a wet-dashed painted surface, and predominantly uPVC or timber casement windows. However, the shop at number 21 retains original timber sliding sash windows on the first floor. The shop has been extended and modified towards the rear. A partial record of the terrace was taken during a Second Survey, but due to significant subsequent modifications, the buildings do not meet the criteria for statutory listing. Despite this lack of formal protection, the terrace is considered to be of significant local interest.
