This record concerns a modernist house that originally stood on Dundooan Road in Coleraine, County Londonderry. The house, dating from c.1930, was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed at that time. It has since been demolished, and this partial record was created during a subsequent survey. The house was characterized by a flat roof and a prominent, full-height bow bay feature in the centre. The building has been replaced by a modern house on the same site. It was originally used as a house; its current use is as a demolished site. The building does not possess architectural, historical, or group value, and is not listed.
